The B&B sits a half-block from an RTD bus stop serving route 0, connecting directly to Union Station and the city centre. Denver Art Museum (2 km), Colorado Convention Center (4 km), and Cherry Creek Shopping Center (3 km) are easily reached by bus, bike, or a short drive. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom; Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a private bath, with the deluxe double room featuring a high-end private bathroom and balcony. All rooms include a wardrobe, microwave, coffee machine, bottled water, air conditioning, and heating. Rooms are carpeted with parquet floors, and some offer a quiet street view. Road-facing rooms may be livelier at night; earplugs are provided. The building has no ground-floor bedrooms - all rooms are on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. No TVs in the rooms; a shared lounge with a full-screen television is available.

Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 9:30 AM, with the option for an early serving if needed to catch a flight. Dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan) can be accommodated on request.
