For train station access, it's a 20-25 minute walk over the bridge, or take bus line 6 from the stop across the street. Three supermarkets (Conad and Esselunga nearby, with Esselunga offering a larger selection) and numerous restaurants and bars are within a block or two. A pharmacy is directly opposite the building. Florence Airport is 7 km away.

The air-conditioned apartment comprises one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed suitable for a teenager or adult, and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
