Florence Airport is 11 km away; the tram to the airport stops within easy walking distance. Car access is limited by the ZTL traffic restriction, but the central position makes walking the most practical way to explore.

The apartment comprises one bedroom with two twin beds (can be configured as a double), a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and all cookware. Additional comforts include free air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV.
