Santa Maria Novella train station is 600m away, and Florence Airport is 9km. The area is pedestrian-only, with no car access; drivers must use one of the private garages a few minutes' walk away.

Units range from one-bedroom (sleeps 2-3) to two-bedroom (sleeps 4-6) layouts, including duplex and maisonette styles. Each features a private bathroom with shower (some with bidet), parquet floors, a seating area, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a washing machine.
