ORLANDO - SEA VIEW APARTMENT IN COSTA ADEJE, Costa Adeje (Tenerife)

The property sits directly on the beachfront, with Playa de la Pinta and Torviscas Beach (7 min walk) both within easy walking distance. Colon Port (under 1 km), Aqualand (1 km), and Siam Park (2 km) are a short ride away. Tenerife South Airport is 20 km from the apartment. The surrounding streets are packed with bars, restaurants (Soul City, Bella Pizza, Hindustani Indian, etc.), and supermarkets, all reachable on foot. A bus stop is nearby, but a car gives the most freedom for exploring the island, and free parking is available just outside.

This 4th-floor apartment (lift accessible) offers one bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with shower. The balcony features a dining table, chairs, and two sun loungers facing the sea - ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen is fully stocked: stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, plus complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, spices, and even a welcome bottle of wine, beer, and water. The bedroom has blackout curtains, sockets on both sides of the bed, and a very comfortable mattress. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, air-conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and free toiletries are all included. The apartment feels spacious for two people and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

The complex houses Restaurante La Farola Del Mar plus a bar and snack bar - the pool bar is particularly popular for food and drinks. A vending machine and coffee house on site provide quick options. For self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped and a minimarket is on site. The surrounding area offers an extraordinary density of dining: Bella Pizza and Soul City (0.5 km), Hindustani Indian Restaurant and Francis Steakhouse (0.5 km), Sinatra's and Casa Tres (0.5 km), plus many more bars and restaurants all within an easy walk from the apartment.

The complex has two outdoor swimming pools (unheated) with free sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a separate children's pool. Tennis courts and a children's playground are free to use. A spa lounge/relaxation area is available, and the fitness centre is paid access (a paid gym outside the complex is also noted). For active guests, the area offers free hiking and walking tours, plus paid options for cycling, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, mini golf, movie nights, and water park access. The sun terrace and beach chairs make it easy to enjoy the beachfront location without leaving the property.
