The hostel sits on a lively street in KL's main tourist and entertainment district. Jalan Alor, with its extensive street food stalls, restaurants, and nightlife, is steps from the entrance. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is a 12-minute walk, Berjaya Times Square is 6 minutes, and Starhill Gallery is 600 metres away. The Imbi Monorail and Bukit Bintang MRT station (100 metres) provide direct connections to KL Sentral and the rest of the city. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 23 km away.

Each capsule includes a comfortable single mattress, a privacy curtain, a reading light, and a power outlet for charging devices. Lockers (some large enough for a backpack) are provided in the dorm. Bed linen and a towel are supplied. The dorm areas have air conditioning that runs continuously. The property has separate male and female dorm sections. Noise from the common areas and late-night conversations in the hall can be heard inside the dorms, particularly for capsules near the bathrooms or reception. The bathrooms are shared, with warm showers, shower gel, and a hairdryer available.

There is no on-site restaurant, cafe, or breakfast service. A filtered drinking water dispenser is available in the common area free of charge. Jalan Alor, a famous street-food lane with dozens of stalls and restaurants serving Malaysian, Arabic, Pakistani and Western options, is less than a minute away. Additional dining options such as The Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks are within a 5-minute walk. For self-catering, no kitchen facilities are provided.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa or wellness centre, or a gym. All wellness and leisure activities depend entirely on the surrounding Bukit Bintang area, which offers shopping, nightlife, street food, and entertainment. The nearest large parks are KLCC Park (2 km away) in the Petronas Towers complex.

WiFi is free and available throughout the property. The 24-hour reception can assist with check-in, luggage storage (limited to around 3 hours without charge; longer storage may incur a small fee), and local advice. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, and a security alarm. Housekeeping is provided but may need to be requested for daily servicing. A MYR 50 cash-only deposit is required at check-in. A towel and filtered drinking water are provided. No airport shuttle or parking is available.
