Most rooms are compact, particularly the bathrooms, which may be tight for larger travellers. There is no air conditioning; a ceiling fan is the only cooling. Heating is available and generally effective. Noise isolation between rooms and from the street can be poor, and road-facing rooms may be noisier due to Luchana street traffic. Some rooms have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, while others lack a fridge. A work desk and wardrobe or hanging space are provided, but some rooms have minimal storage. The property has no lift; all rooms are on the first floor.

Breakfast is not served at the property, but a patisserie is located directly below the building, offering pastries and coffee for a morning meal. The surrounding area is filled with local restaurants, bars, and cafés within a few minutes' walk - options include steakhouse, Japanese, Italian, and wine bars. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies.
