Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk, the Rialto Bridge and Ca' d'Oro are a short stroll, and St. Mark's Square is about 20 minutes on foot via scenic streets. The area is lined with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket steps away. The vaporetto (water bus) stop is also within 10 minutes, making it easy to explore the islands. For airport transfers, take a shuttle from Marco Polo or Treviso to Piazzale Roma, then walk 15 minutes. From the bus loop, follow a similarly easy walk.

Rooms are generously sized, with a twin/double configuration featuring memory-foam pillows or a sofa bed in some layouts. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Parquet floors, soundproof walls, a seating area, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities are standard. Some rooms have a private terrace or a quiet street view; one room type is a small apartment (Beatrice) with its own kitchen. Rooms are on the second floor. Despite a pub on the same street, the property is quiet at night. Cleaning is thorough, and the rooms are described as modern and very clean. Luggage storage is available after checkout.

Guests can buy groceries at the supermarket just downstairs or pick up fresh pastries from the bakery opposite. For a sit-down meal, the local options are varied and well-regarded.

The lively Cannaregio neighbourhood itself offers bars, restaurants, and shops to explore, and all major Venice attractions - including St. Mark's, the Rialto Bridge, and the Grand Canal - are within a 20-minute walk.
