COLOMBINA-LIKE AT HOME- AIR CONDITIONED-3 BEDROOMS-FULLY EQUIPPED, Venice

The apartment has a practical layout with three separate bedrooms and a combined kitchen-dining-living area, offering substantial space for a family or group of friends. The living room includes a sofa and dining table, though seating may feel tight for 5 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee maker, and electric kettle, plus basics like salt and oil. Internal courtyard views from the windows are pleasant, and the parquet flooring adds to the authentic feel. The air conditioning is effective for keeping the apartment cool. The property is older in style but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Note that access requires climbing stairs and the apartment lacks a terrace or balcony.

For those who prefer to cook, the kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic cookware, plus a dining table. Several eateries are located within 300-500 metres: Trattoria Bar Pontini, Bar al Parlamento, Ai Tre Archi, Osteria Sottobanco, and Gam Gam Kosher Restaurant are among the options. Bar al Parlamento is at the entrance of the alley and has been noted as a practical spot for a meal. The host can also recommend local restaurants and arrange a gondola trip. The area is family-friendly with casual dining options nearby.
