PALAZZO BONVICINI 10, Venice

Sestiere Santa Croce places the apartment within easy walking distance of most central sights - St. Mark's Square is about 15 minutes on foot. The immediate area is quieter than the main tourist corridors, with several restaurants, bars, and shops within 300 metres. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away. The nearest vaporetto (water bus) stop is a short walk, making it practical to reach from the railway station by ferry, alighting just two bridges away.

The apartment sleeps two guests on two single beds (can be pushed together) with a very comfortable mattress and high-quality linens. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, bathrobes, and free toiletries. Air conditioning, heating, and soundproof walls ensure a quiet stay even though the property is central. The living area includes a sofa, dining table, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked - stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer - plus extras such as cooking essentials and condiments. High ceilings and original marble floors give the space a spacious feel. The private entrance and lift access are particularly useful for guests with luggage or mobility concerns.

With a complete kitchen including all cookware, a dishwasher, and even condiments and cooking essentials, preparing meals at the apartment is straightforward. For those who prefer eating out, the immediate neighbourhood offers multiple dining options: Osteria La Zucca, Muro San Stae, Bacarretto Bistrot, and Osteria Antico Giardinetto are all about 300 metres away, providing a range of Venetian cuisine from casual to refined. Easy Bar is another nearby option for drinks or a light bite.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment at no extra charge. The host offers express check-in and check-out. A lift provides access to the apartment level without stairs, and luggage storage is available on request. The property is non-smoking throughout, hypoallergenic (allergy-free room), and includes board games and puzzles for entertainment. No parking is available. A warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco is often provided upon arrival.
