Set on the quieter south side of the Arno, this historic palazzo is a 2- to 5-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and the main sights. The surrounding area offers cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket within 300 metres. The property is inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so arriving by car requires using one of four nearby garages (e.g. Garage Angloamericano or Garage Lungarno). Public transport and walking are the most practical ways to explore the city centre.

Rooms range from a split-level studio with a private terrace overlooking the Arno to spacious two-bedroom apartments with separate bathrooms. The split-level unit has a raised sleeping area and a bathroom located ten steps from the bedroom (with handrail). Ground-floor apartments are accessible via 15 steps from the street. Many apartments retain original Renaissance features such as vaulted ceilings, frescoes, and parquet floors. All include a dining area, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, washing machine, and tea/coffee maker. The mattresses are medium-firm. Road-facing units have soundproof windows, though the Arno side can carry some street noise. First-floor apartments do not have lift access; the split-level terrace apartment does have an elevator.

Each apartment comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher (or microwave in some units), and cookware - making home cooking easy. A Conad supermarket is a short walk away for groceries. The surrounding streets offer numerous cafés and restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, including Trattoria Bordino and Antico Fattore. A welcome drink is provided on arrival.

The property offers paid yoga sessions and organised walking tours of local culture and history, led by knowledgeable guides. No spa, swimming pool, or gym are present on site.

Reception is open 8:00-13:00 and 14:00-19:00 Monday to Friday; weekend reception is for check-in only. Luggage storage is available during these hours on weekdays, ideal for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an extra charge. The building has key-card access and provides an invoice on request. Staff can help book taxis. No smoking is allowed anywhere on site, and pets are not accepted.
