The hotel sits in a quiet residential area yet is within a 5-minute drive to Al Wahda Mall and 3 km from Abu Dhabi City Golf Club. The corniche promenade is 10 minutes away by car. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 20-minute drive. The location is highly practical for independent travellers: the central bus station (800 m away) connects to the airport, Yas Marina F1 circuit, and Dubai. Dozens of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and currency exchange stores are within a 2-block radius. The surrounding area offers easy access to main roads and public transport, making a car useful but not essential for getting around central Abu Dhabi.

Rooms range from compact studios to 1-bedroom apartments. Standard studios feel small and have limited wardrobe space; 1-bedroom deluxe units are roomy and include a separate living area. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower (some with bath), hairdryer, and bathrobes. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a washing machine. City views are standard; there are no balconies. Some rooms show dated furniture and a musty smell, especially in internal-facing or lower-floor units. Noise isolation is good, but corridors can carry cigarette smoke. Lighting in some rooms is described as dull. The 24-hour front desk can provide extra bedding, adapters, and kitchen items on request.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast option. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The surrounding area is dense with dining options - within a 2-minute walk there are burger joints, pizzerias, Korean, Arabian, and Indian restaurants, plus a large Lulu supermarket for groceries. Coffee shops and fast-food outlets are also directly outside. For those who prefer not to cook, the external dining scene is extremely convenient and varied.

Wellness facilities include a spa and wellness centre with a range of massage services: back, couples, foot, full body, hand, head, neck, and general massage. A public bath is also available.
