L'ARABIA HOTEL APARTMENTS, Abu Dhabi

The hotel is situated in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, providing easy access to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center and Zayed Stadium (around 10 minutes away). The direct connection to Mazyad Mall means a hypermarket, a food court, and various shops are on your doorstep. A bus stop outside the hotel provides connectivity to major locations including the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (about 45 minutes by bus). For those with a car, free private parking is available and convenient for exploring the wider Abu Dhabi area. Taxis are also easily accessible from the mall entrance.

The property offers Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, and Three Bedroom apartments. The One Bedroom Apartment is a popular choice for families, featuring a separate living room with a seating and dining area, plus an extra 89 m² of space. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, washing machine, and utensils), air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and soundproofing. Potted plants and cosy sofas add a homey feel. Note that some rooms may have older furnishings and maintenance issues, such as worn sofas or dated TV models. Separate living rooms are only available in One Bedroom apartments; Studios have a sofa but no separate living area. No rooms have balconies. For families, extra beds can be added, and the apartments are self-catering friendly with a supermarket adjacent.

The indoor swimming pool is heated and open all year, with a pool cover and a view. It operates daily from 12:00 noon to 21:00. The fitness centre includes basic equipment, and a sauna is available. All wellness facilities are free to use. Note that the gym area is located next to the pool, so access to both is limited to the same hours. The pool was reported as temporarily closed in one instance, so confirmation of current operating status is recommended.

The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safety deposit box. Daily housekeeping is included, and additional laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are available on request. Business travellers can use the modern meeting facilities and free Wi-Fi (available in all areas). The property is fully accessible with a lift, family rooms, and facilities for disabled guests. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Parking is free and private on site, with no reservation needed. The property does not have an airport shuttle, but reception can assist with arranging third-party transport.
