The surrounding area is safe, with numerous restaurants, bars, and sandwich shops within a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation is a private room with a small double bed (firm mattress with memory foam topper) in a large 3-storey penthouse. The private bathroom is exclusive to the room and situated just across the landing. The room has a private terrace with city views, plus access to a large shared terrace. The space is air-conditioned, with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, ironing facilities, tea/coffee making facilities, and a carpeted or parquet floor. The mattress is relatively firm but has a memory foam top layer for comfort.

There is no restaurant or bar on site. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a barbecue on the terrace. A dozen restaurants and sandwich bars are within a 3-minute walk, including Forno Pizza, TDQ Steaks, and Porters Sandwich Bar.

The penthouse includes a free fitness centre (with locker rooms) and a hot tub/jacuzzi, both in the basement and private for residents. Sun loungers are available on the terrace. For pool access, nearby large hotels allow swimming if booked as a spa day.
