PENTHOUSE DREAM APARTMENTS BY WONDERFUL ITALY, Venice

This property places you within easy walking distance of Piazza San Marco, La Fenice Theatre, and Frari Basilica. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away; the nearest vaporetto stops provide water-bus connections. No parking is available, so car-free city exploration is the most practical approach. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and cafés, including Da Mamo (0.5 km), Trattoria Aquila Nera (0.5 km), and Cafe Florian (0.5 km), as well as Suso Gelatoteca for gelato. Boating is also available in the surrounding area.

The property consists of two flats: one for 8 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds) and one for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 beds). Both apartments feature a living area, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a TV, a seating and dining area, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Some units are on the 2nd floor, while the penthouse is on the 3rd floor - both without a lift. The penthouse apartment has older fixtures and uneven flooring, and some units may face the main street with noise from neighbours. Air conditioning is provided but may not be fully effective in the top-floor unit during hot weather.

The apartments offer free Wi-Fi in all areas. Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out is until 10:00; early or late requests are not guaranteed. No parking or airport shuttle is provided. No lift is available - the flats are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is no on-site luggage storage; for late check-out days, consider an external service such as Stasher. The property does not allow pets and is entirely non-smoking. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, CartaSi, UnionPay, and MasterCard. The property has fire extinguishers for safety.
