The hostel sits on a street just off Plaza Merced, placing it at the core of Málaga's historic and cultural landmarks. The Picasso Museum, the Cathedral, and the Alcazaba are all within a 5- to 6-minute walk, and the beach is about 20 minutes on foot. Public transport is convenient: a direct bus to the main train station runs from a stop 3 minutes away, and the airport is reachable by taxi (around 35 EUR) or public bus. A supermarket is around the corner, and numerous bars and restaurants are within a 5-minute radius. The surrounding area is lively until late, which offers great access to nightlife but also means street-facing rooms can be very noisy.

Room types include twin/double rooms (some with a private terrace), quadruple rooms, and dormitories. All rooms feature air conditioning and soundproof walls. Bunk beds are common in shared rooms and some quadruple rooms; the lower bunk can be a double, with a single above. Both private and shared bathrooms are available - most private rooms have an en-suite, but some quadruple rooms have a private bathroom located outside the room. Dormitory bathrooms contain multiple showers and toilets. The rooftop terrace provides an outdoor seating area. Noise from the street and internal corridors can be an issue, especially in rooms facing the front. Storage is workable: private rooms generally have some built-in shelving or a hanging rack, and dormitories have lockers (a key is provided). A fridge and microwave are available in shared rooms. No TVs or minibars are provided.

The property's own restaurant ('Restaurante #1') is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering international cuisine. Breakfast is available for an additional charge (12 EUR) and is served from 9:00. The on-site cafe also serves coffee, cakes, and a selection of meals throughout the day. For self-catering, a supermarket is located just around the corner. The surrounding streets are packed with dining options - a great range of bars, tapas places, and restaurants are all within a 2-minute walk, including El Tapeo de Cervantes, La Vegana Taperia, and NicPic.
