All apartments are centrally located, with bars, restaurants, and shops within a 5-minute walk, and the historic Calle Larios just 10 minutes away. The Cathedral is about a 10-minute walk, and Malagueta Beach is roughly 20 minutes on foot. Málaga Airport is a 15-minute drive. Some apartments are directly above nightclubs or restaurants, which can cause significant noise until early morning, particularly on weekends. A few units are on quieter side streets or residential courtyard positions. Public transport is excellent, with bus stops and a tram line nearby, making it easy to explore without a car.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and in some units a dishwasher and oven). There is no restaurant or breakfast offering on site. The immediate surroundings offer a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés within a 2-5 minute walk, including Casa Lola, Pizzeria Luis, and Buenavista Gastrobar & Tapas. A bakery and supermarket are also nearby. Some ground-floor apartments may pick up cooking odours from restaurants below.

WiFi is free and available throughout the apartments. Key collection is from a central office (address may differ from the apartment), with a self-service locker system using a code. Late arrivals after 20:00 require a cash payment and are possible if arranged in advance.
