The hostel is tucked away from the main road, so street noise is minimal at night. The area is safe, with a 7-Eleven on the corner and a supermarket nearby. Ratchathewi BTS is a 5-minute walk, allowing direct access to Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, and Jim Thompson House. Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link station is also within 5 minutes, providing 25-minute connections to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Many cafes, restaurants, cheap eateries, and massage shops are on the alley itself or within a few hundred metres. Don Mueang International Airport is 24 km away. The surrounding streets are quiet and residential, making it easy to rest after a day out.

Rooms are fully air-conditioned and kept clean, with daily housekeeping and linen changes every three days. Each bunk bed has a privacy curtain, shelf, reading light, outlet, and a clothes hanger. Lockers are large enough for a backpack or average-sized suitcase, and an additional power outlet is inside the locker. The 4-bed mixed dorm features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a separate changing/dressing area. The 8-bed mixed dorm has external shared bathrooms, while private bathroom rooms are available. The hostel is non-smoking throughout and has no balcony. Guests must carry luggage up at least one flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The dormitory on the top third floor uses key card access, which can occasionally be unreliable. Road-facing rooms are absent, so noise disturbance is rare.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is available between 08:00 and 12:00. It features a self-serve selection of cereals, oatmeal, white bread with butter and jam, instant noodles, and fresh milk with non-dairy options. A coffee machine with real beans, as well as hot tea, orange juice, and drinking water, are available. Free snacks and cookies are accessible all day. The kitchen is shared and equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and basic spices, so you can prepare your own meals. No restaurant is on-site, but many affordable eateries, cafes, and street food stalls are within a few minutes' walk, including several highly-rated options on the same alley. The lounge area has comfortable sofas for relaxed meals, and there is also a terrace and outdoor seating area.

Leisure options are limited to the property itself: a shared lounge with comfortable couches, a rooftop terrace, board games, and free movie nights. The lounge has a large sofa area and access to a Netflix account. The rooftop terrace provides an outdoor space to unwind. Numerous massage shops are within a short walk of the hostel. The immediate area is quiet but close to the energy of Pratunam and Siam. Lumpini Park is three BTS stops away.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, with reported speeds of up to 250 Mbps - enough for streaming and remote work. The shared kitchen is well-equipped (stove, oven, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster, spices) and maintained. Daily housekeeping keeps common areas and bathrooms clean.
