The location is practical for sightseeing by foot or public transport, and walking to Plaza Mayor takes about 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is lively during the day but can feel exposed late at night, especially for solo travellers.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and basic cookware. It does not have a stove, oven, or toaster despite what photos may show. The kitchen is locked after 11 PM, so late-night meal preparation is not possible. A fridge and microwave are available for storing and heating food. Breakfast is not offered, but there are several supermarkets and small restaurants within a five-minute walk. The kitchen can become crowded, and food theft has been reported, so label your items clearly and do not leave valuables in the refrigerator.
