PREMIER INN LONDON STRATFORD, London

The hotel is built into the Westfield shopping centre, with Stratford International station (high-speed and Underground) and the bus station within a one-minute walk. Central London can be reached in 20-30 minutes via tube or train. The Olympic Park, London Stadium, and ABBA Arena are a 15-25 minute walk. For drivers, the Westfield car park is the nearest option, costing around £25 per day. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, cafes, and shops, though the hotel's own Thyme restaurant and bar covers most dining needs.

Breakfast is a buffet with hot options including bacon, eggs, hash browns, and continental selections. It is generally well-stocked, but during busy periods restocking can lag and some items may run out. The evening menu features a range of mains, pizzas, and starters, with a kids' menu available. The bar serves alcoholic and soft drinks. Service is provided by the same team handling reception, which can cause delays at peak times. Many nearby restaurants and food outlets are accessible via Westfield if guests prefer variety. A two-course dinner with a drink plus breakfast is available from £28.99.

WiFi is free throughout but signal strength varies, with some rooms experiencing weak connectivity-the lobby area is more reliable. Check-in and check-out are primarily via self-service kiosks, though staff are available to assist. The 24-hour front desk can arrange late check-out (subject to availability, extra charge). Luggage storage is free: use lockers for small bags or the secure back room for suitcases. No room phones; contact reception via mobile or in person. Housekeeping is not automatic and must be requested. The hotel is lift-accessible and entirely non-smoking. Family rooms accommodate up to four. Pets are not allowed.
