The hotel sits on a main road, meaning some car noise is audible in rooms facing the street. Walking to landmarks like Dubai Frame, Meena Bazaar, and the Dubai Museum is practical. For car users, free valet parking is offered only from 7pm to 8am, with no standard guest parking during the day; alternative paid parking may be needed. The immediate neighbourhood is safe and lively, with many budget-friendly eateries within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and have recently been renovated in some areas, with modern furnishings and carpeted floors.
