Rooms are spacious, clean, and have recently been renovated in some areas, with modern furnishings and carpeted floors. All include a private bathroom with shower, plus amenities such as a hairdryer, free toiletries, electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. Suites provide a separate seating area with a sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the city. A significant factor for room choice is noise: rooms near the building's nightclub (on upper floors) and those facing the main road experience heavy bass and street noise until 4am. Light sleepers should request a room on a higher floor facing away from the club. For families of three, a suite with a balcony can be booked, but an extra bed charge applies. Maximum room occupancy is two people for standard rooms.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge (not included by default) and offers a buffet with Continental, Indian, Asian, and vegetarian options.
