Hotel Details

Location

Directly opposite Baniyas Square metro station in the heart of Deira, within walking distance of Dubai Gold Souk, Naif Souk, and Dubai Creek.
The hotel sits on Baniyas Square, with the metro station exit just 50 metres away, making it easy to reach Dubai International Airport (20 minutes by taxi) and major attractions. Dubai Creek is less than 1 km on foot, and the Gold Souk, Spice Souk, and traditional abra rides are a short walk. Deira City Centre mall is a 10-minute taxi ride. The surrounding area is bustling with shops, supermarkets, and inexpensive restaurants, though the immediate neighbourhood is very lively and crowded, particularly at night.

Accommodation

Standard rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, and private bathrooms; some rooms have a balcony overlooking Baniyas Square.
The hotel offers 127 standard rooms in double, twin, and triple configurations. Rooms feature parquet flooring, wood furnishings, and city or square views. Each room has a private bathroom with a hairdryer, and amenities include an electric kettle, safe, and ironing facilities (iron available on request). Daily housekeeping is provided. As an older three-star property, room conditions vary-some have dated furniture and occasional maintenance issues such as air conditioning noise or low water pressure. Rooms with a balcony tend to be more spacious and brighter.

Dining

Buffet breakfast served daily 07:00-10:00 for AED 15-20 per person. Two restaurants and a 24-hour café offer Arabic and international cuisine.
Delights restaurant serves all-day Arabic and international dishes in a family-friendly setting, while Shamiana offers international cuisine. Al Sadeeq Café is open 24 hours for snacks and refreshments. Dinner service is available. The breakfast buffet includes continental and local items, but variety is limited. Special diet menus can be requested, and there is a kid-friendly buffet. The hotel does not serve alcohol.

Wellness and Leisure

On-site fitness centre, sauna, and steam room; free access to the rooftop pool at the neighbouring Landmark Baniyas hotel.
The wellness facilities include a free fitness centre and a spa & wellness centre with sauna and steam room (spa services at an additional charge). Bicycle rental is also available for an extra fee. The swimming pool is not on the property but can be used at the sister Landmark Baniyas hotel, located 200 metres away, at no charge. The health club at Landmark Baniyas also includes a gym and sauna.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, luggage storage, currency exchange, and laundry services. Airport transfer available for AED 60.
The hotel provides 24-hour front desk, express check-in/out, safety deposit box, tour desk, and concierge. Free luggage storage and lockers are available. Daily housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are offered (some for a fee). Accessibility features include wheelchair access and grab rails in some bathrooms. The property has a lift, minimarket, and car hire desk. Payment can be made in cash or by major credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard). No parking or shuttle service; airport transfer costs AED 60 one way.

  • 01

Use Baniyas Metro Station directly across the road for quick access to Dubai attractions and the airport link.

  • 02

Request a room with a balcony for a view of Baniyas Square and fresher air in the busy area.

  • 03

Factor in the breakfast cost of AED 15-20 per person if your booking does not include it.

  • 04

Take advantage of the free luggage storage if you arrive early or have a late departure.
