The Avenida de América bus station is also nearby, making the airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, 9 km away) and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (3 km) easy to reach. The surrounding Guindalera neighbourhood offers supermarkets, casual restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk, while the Salamanca shopping area is a 10-minute stroll. The area is generally quiet by Madrid standards, but the ground-floor units fronting the small park can experience some noise from the playground during the day and from evening gatherings in warm weather.
