The apartment sits on a quiet street off Piazza Barberini, 500 m away, yet is steps from Trevi Fountain and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops. Barberini Metro is a 6-minute walk, providing quick access across Rome. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away; the host can organise a transfer - typically €55 (day) / €65 (night), often cheaper than hailing a taxi. The area is heavily patrolled by police, making it feel safe even late at night. All major monuments - Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon - are walkable. Nearby public parking is at Ludovisi (15-minute walk).

Each apartment is soundproofed and offers tiled floors, air conditioning, heating, and a minibar. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator and basic cookware - enough for preparing simple meals. Units have either one double bed or one double plus a sofa bed. Bathrooms have a shower and bidet. Rooms overlook a quiet street but those near the building's entrance and lift may pick up hallway noise - light sleepers should request an interior-facing unit. Some units are compact, suitable for short stays. A travel cot is available on request.

Dining is self-catered using the kitchenette: a refrigerator, stove top, and basic utensils are provided. There is no breakfast, restaurant or bar on site. The immediate neighbourhood is filled with cafés, pizzerias, and trattorias within a 3-minute walk, including Pane e Salame and Prosciutteria Cantina Dei Papi Trevi.
