Seville Airport is 10 km away - easily reachable by taxi or bus. Nearby attractions include La Giralda, Seville Fine Arts Museum, and Maria Luisa Park. For car-free exploration, the location is very walkable, with a taxi stand also nearby. Kayaking and canoeing are available in the surroundings.

The accommodation consists of studios and one- to two-bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom (shower), air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. Studios offer a seating area, wardrobe, and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware - ideal for self-catering. Suites add separate living and sleeping spaces; some come with a private terrace or direct pool access. The interior design is contemporary and brand-new, featuring parquet floors and high-quality furnishings. Beds are described as very comfortable, and the apartments are quiet despite the central location. Rooms with road-facing windows are available; those preferring extra quiet can choose a ground-floor apartment with a private patio.

The rooftop features a compact swimming pool (170 cm deep) and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, offering panoramic views of the city. The pool is open all year, making it a refreshing option even in cooler months. The solarium is also free and ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Some apartments have direct terrace access to the pool area. The pool is small - suitable for cooling off, not for lap swimming - but is well maintained and can get busy at peak times. Towels for the pool are provided in the apartment.
