The property is walkable to two metro stations, and the LRT is nearby, making city-centre trips feasible without a car. However, the location is a bit outside the immediate downtown core, so rideshare costs to KLCC are reasonable. The single driveway entry/exit can cause congestion during peak times.

Unit types range from 1-bedroom apartments to 3-bedroom suites and double rooms with shared bathrooms. All units feature a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, kitchenware, wardrobe, seating area, and flat-screen TV. The building is older and maintenance varies; reported issues include worn furniture, mould, air-conditioning leaks, and pests such as cockroaches. Rooms with KLCC views are available and highly recommended, while road-facing units are noisier. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift, but lift waiting times can be long (up to 10 minutes) due to high occupancy and occasional breakdowns. The kitchenette is basic - a microwave and stove - limiting cooking options for elaborate meals.

The infinity pool on level 37 is open year-round and provides stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers, especially at sunset and night. A second outdoor pool and a kids' pool are available, though the kids' pool has been under renovation. The fitness centre is free to use but noted as under-equipped for a building of this size.
