Grab rides to Petronas Twin Towers (3 km) and KLCC Park (4 km) are cheap. The immediate complex entrance is via a parking garage, and the surrounding streets have busy roads and darker footpaths after nightfall.

Rooms are set up as shared apartments, each with a living area, kitchen, balcony, and one or two bedrooms. Beds are standard dormitory designs with lockers provided. The units feature air conditioning, electric kettles, and free toiletries; some also include a dressing area, dining table, or sofa. The configuration means that a single bathroom may serve up to 6 guests, which can feel tight during peak times. The building's elevators can be slow, especially during busy periods, and the overall feel is of a practical, budget-friendly shared flat rather than a traditional hostel. Light sleepers may want to confirm room allocation, as some units face the main road.

The Food Deck on level 36 is a family-friendly restaurant offering a variety of Asian cuisines, including halal Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, and Malaysian dishes. The main draw is the rooftop infinity pool on the 37th floor, offering expansive city vistas. It is open year-round with a pool bar and towels provided. A second indoor pool is located on a lower floor. The on-site fitness centre is basic but functional, with a few machines and limited free weights. Access to both pools and the gym is included in the stay, but the rooftop pool can become crowded during peak hours. The complex also has a garden, terrace, and outdoor fireplace for quieter downtime.
