RESIDENCE PARIS CHARONNE-BASTILLE, Paris

The residence sits on a quiet street in the Charonne neighbourhood, with the metro station just 2 minutes on foot, providing swift connections to central Paris, including Opéra Bastille (17 min) and Gare de Lyon (2 km). A Carrefour Express, boulangeries, a butcher, and several cafés and bistros are within 50-300 metres, making self-catering and daily errands very convenient. The area is lively yet calm enough for a restful stay. Paris Orly Airport is 19 km away.

The two-bedroom apartment is well soundproofed and features air conditioning in every room. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and windows facing different directions. The two bathrooms offer good water pressure and come with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all cookware. A living area with dining table and a TV with cable channels completes the space. Some units also offer a balcony with city views. The interior is modern, clean, and well organised-suitable for families or groups of up to 6 people, though compact enough that managing large suitcases may feel tight.

Guests prepare meals in the full kitchen, which includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A supermarket (Carrefour Express), a bakery, a butcher, and several specialty grocers are within a 1-5 minute walk. Numerous bistros and restaurants (Comets, Noynoy, bistrot Melac, L'Echoppe de Paris) lie within 300 metres, offering a convenient alternative without travelling far.

The property does not offer wellness facilities such as a pool, sauna, or fitness centre. Leisure time can be spent on the private terrace or balcony, where guests can enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation in a quiet setting.
