RESIDENCE VIGLIANI, Milan

Located 2 minutes from Fiera Milano City and 1 km from CityLife, the apartment provides easy access to major exhibition and business hubs. The Lotto metro station (lines M1 and M5) is within a 5-minute walk, offering direct connections to the city centre (Duomo in about 15 minutes) and Rho Fiera. San Siro Stadium is a 30-minute walk or short metro ride away. The area is quiet with nearby supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Milan Linate Airport is 13 km away; the metro provides practical connections.

The apartments offer separate living and sleeping areas with a private entrance, air conditioning, and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, a coffee machine, and a microwave. Apartments feature a balcony with city views (San Siro visible from some). Beds can vary; some second bedrooms have a narrow single (widow-size) bed rather than a double, and the sofa bed in the living room is noted as comfortable. The bathrooms have a shower, bidet, and some a bath. Storage is provided via a dressing area, and a work desk is available. Some apartments have a second bedroom that can be accessed only through the bathroom, meaning others pass through it to shower. Some units have had furniture described as basic.

The apartment's kitchen allows for full meal preparation and includes a coffee machine. A supermarket is within a 3-minute walk for groceries. Within 500 metres there are numerous dining options including Caffe del Lupo, La Maison des Delices, Ristorante Ranch Roberta, and a McDonald's. This makes self-catering and eating out equally practical for guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Electric vehicle charging is offered on site. The building has a lift, which helps with luggage and accessibility. Check-in instructions are typically sent the day before arrival; the host is responsive via messaging and has been flexible with late check-out when requested. An iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer are provided. There is no on-site parking, but free street parking is sometimes available nearby. The property has a no-smoking policy throughout.
