The residence sits in a quiet internal courtyard, two minutes on foot from Porta Nuova Metro Station and 200 m from Porta Nuova Railway Station. Porta Susa Metro is a 17-minute walk away and Porta Susa Train Station is 2 km. The Polytechnic University of Turin is a 16-minute walk, Mole Antonelliana is 2 km, and the main squares are around 15 minutes on foot. Because there is no on-site parking or shuttle, the station and the airport bus stop make rail and air arrivals straightforward, while the metro and trams cover the rest of the city. The surrounding streets are calm and safe, with restaurants and bars clustered within 0.5 km.

Double rooms have 2 beds; triple and quadruple rooms add a third bed. Every room has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries, plus heating, work desk, tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, wardrobe, safe deposit box and flat-screen TV. Some bathrooms are large, with walk-in showers. The quadruple is tight for four adults and its two single beds are narrow, so two adults will generally find a double or triple more comfortable. Rooms overlooking the internal courtyard are quieter. Comfort varies by room: some mattresses are worn in the centre, several rooms have fixed, opaque windows that cannot be opened and receive no daylight, and some air-conditioning units produce intermittent loud noise even when switched off and may drip water. A motion-activated light in the entrance area can switch on at night. Occasional humidity, musty smells and bed bugs have occurred, so checking the bedding on arrival is wise. No rooms have balconies.

Residenza Vittorio 57 does not run a restaurant. Whether breakfast is available depends on the room rate selected; the options appear when choosing dates. The immediate area is well supplied for meals: Fuzion - La Pizza & il Sushi Torino, Ristorante La Conca, Autogrill, La Locanda del Pentegallo, Charlie Bird, Gastronomia Baudracco, Sushi J and Osteria Nuova are all within 0.5 km, covering pizza, sushi, casual stop-offs and traditional osteria food. A bar next to the entrance opens early, useful before an early train. In-room tea and coffee facilities provide a quick hot drink without leaving the room.

This is a practical city base rather than a leisure stay. There is no swimming pool, spa or wellness centre, so downtime is best spent outside the building. The location makes that easy: the main squares are about 15 minutes on foot, Mole Antonelliana is 2 km away, and Porta Nuova's metro and trams open up the wider city. The building's internal courtyard adds a calm setting after a day out.

Reception staff speak English, French and Italian, and the host answers quickly via WhatsApp. Check-in is automated with door codes, so there are no physical keys to lose, and clear entry instructions are sent in advance. Luggage can be left before check-in and after check-out, with bags stored safely inside the property. A microwave is available in the common corridor. Wi-Fi is free in each room, although coverage can be weak or unstable in some rooms. No parking and no airport shuttle are provided, making Porta Nuova station at 200 m the most practical access point. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout.
