The hotel sits on a side street off a main road, keeping traffic noise lower than on the main thoroughfare. MRT Hua Lamphong (Blue Line) is a 5-minute walk via exit 3, providing direct access to Siam Paragon (3 km), MBK Center (3 km), and Jim Thompson House (3 km). Chinatown is a 15-minute stroll, and the river pier for ferries is about 1 km away. Don Mueang International Airport is 25 km north (roughly 40-60 minutes by taxi). More than ten restaurants and noodle shops are within a 500-metre radius, and a 7-Eleven is steps away.

Room types include double, twin, triple, and family rooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, work desk, and seating area. Soundproof walls reduce outside noise, but internal noise between rooms can be noticeable. Some rooms have no windows or only a small window that does not open; these rooms may feel enclosed. Family/triple rooms often feature two separate toilets and showers, which is practical for groups. The double bed in some rooms is two single mattresses pushed together. An extra bed can be added for 400 THB/night but may crowd the room. Air conditioning works well; heating is also available. Some rooms reported a musty smell, and mattresses in a few rooms are covered with plastic. City-view rooms are quieter and have natural light.

The property provides a self-service coffee station with complementary hot drinks, biscuits, and sometimes fruit or muffins throughout the day. This can serve as a light breakfast. For a full meal, dozens of local Thai, Chinese, and noodle restaurants are within 500 metres (e.g., Sweety Secret, Hong Kong Noodle, Hokkee Kitchen). A 7-Eleven is also nearby for drinks and snacks. No restaurant or room service is offered.

WiFi is free and runs at 250 Mbps, but each device requires a separate login and the connection drops every hour, requiring a new login. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late arrivals, early check-out, and luggage storage. Short-term luggage storage is free; long-term (overnight or longer) costs 100 THB per piece per day.
