This self-check-in property is positioned in a central yet relatively quiet neighbourhood, within a 10-minute walk of Vienna University and 15 minutes from the main shopping street Kärntnerstraße. Tram line D stops just outside and runs to the heart of the city and to Nußdorf, known for its Heurigen wine taverns. The area is well supplied with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, including a pizzeria on the ground floor. Billa supermarket is around the corner. For airport transfers, take the CAT or S7 train to Landstraße Wien Mitte, then metro U4 to Schottenring - a short walk from the hotel.

Dining

No breakfast is served, but a free community kitchen supplies coffee, tea, fruit, and basic cooking essentials.
There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but a shared kitchen on the ground floor is available 24/7. It is equipped with a kettle, microwave, stove, and basic utensils - guests can prepare their own meals. Complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit are always available in the kitchen.
