RODEWAY INN & SUITES, Denver

The hotel sits on Federal Boulevard, offering convenient car access to downtown Denver and the freeway network. The location is far enough from the city centre to provide relative quiet. Nearby dining options include The Noshery, Dubbel Dutch, and Rocky Top Tavern, all within 1 km. A park is situated behind the hotel, providing a pleasant open space. A gas station is immediately adjacent for basic needs. The area has been noted as less polished, and the immediate surroundings can feel uninviting, particularly at night.

Each room is equipped with free air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, tea and coffee-making facilities, and an AM/FM alarm clock. Floors are carpeted, and rooms include a private bathroom with free toiletries. The property shows significant wear: carpets frequently appear stained or discoloured, furniture often has cigarette burns or damage, and bathrooms may have mold, mildew, or broken fixtures. Some rooms have working mini-fridges and microwaves, but this is not guaranteed. Beds are described as comfortable by many, though the overall room atmosphere is dated and poorly maintained. The property is low-rise with no elevator, meaning some rooms are on the second floor with stair-only access. Exterior building doors often lack functioning locks.

There is no operational pool, spa, gym, or other leisure facility on site. The empty pool area contributes to the general appearance of neglect. Guests seeking recreation will need to look elsewhere in the city.
