CASA SASHA'S MINI PALACE, Cancun

The property is in a calm residential area with easy walking access to an Oxxo convenience store and several restaurants (within 0.5 km). For trips to the city center, a 10-minute walk gets you to a bus stop; taxis and Ubers are also readily available. The area feels safe for walking and has good value for money for an overnight stop or for those with a car.

Rooms vary between private and shared bathroom types. Some rooms offer garden views from a balcony or terrace. The house has a unique, grand feel reminiscent of a telenovela setting. Rooms are generally spacious, bright, and clean, equipped with a wardrobe and essential amenities. There is no TV in the rooms. Keypad locks on each door add to the security of the stay. Some rooms share a bathroom with another room, though there is also an additional outdoor shower by the pool and a half-bathroom in common areas. The property is well-suited for budget-conscious travelers, families, or those on an overnight transit stop.

Breakfast (10 USD) typically includes fruit, toast, eggs, and bacon with coffee. A simpler free option of toast and fruit has been available. For those wanting more flexibility, the well-equipped shared kitchen allows for preparing simple meals, and an Oxxo and several restaurants are a short walk away. No food or beverage service is available 24 hours.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and offers a pleasant spot to relax. The garden and terrace provide quiet outdoor space. The property also features a shared lounge/TV area.

Free public parking is available on a nearby street without reservation. The property provides key card access to external doors and rooms, adding to the security. A shared kitchen, lounge area, and luggage storage are free to use. Laundry service is available for an extra charge. The staff is generally welcoming and helpful, though communication may sometimes be easier in Spanish. The property is a no-smoking site and pets are not allowed.
