ROMANTIC SKY APARTMENT, Venice

The apartment is in a peaceful side lane near Campo San Polo, offering a rare combination of night-time quietness and central access. Rialto Bridge is about 10 minutes on foot, St. Mark's Square is 15 minutes away, and the Frari Basilica is a short stroll. The area is less crowded than the main tourist routes but close to restaurants, cafés (Cico, Pasticceria Rizzardini), and shops. For airport connections: from Piazzale Roma bus station or the San Silvestro vaporetto stop (water bus line 1), the apartment is a 10-minute walk. The historic building is on the second floor (29 steps, no lift). Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, a separate living room, and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. The living room is generous and opens onto garden and city views from the upper floor. The bedroom has two beds (one double), creating flexibility for couples or two individuals. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities - suitable for self-catering. Additional amenities: a washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, parquet flooring, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The unit is located on the second floor with 29 steps and no lift. The interior is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with high ceilings and a charming exposed roof beam. The room layout and facilities make it particularly suitable for longer stays or travellers wanting a home-like base.

The apartment's kitchenette is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and a washing machine makes longer stays more practical. Breakfast in the room is available on request (additional charge), offering a convenient start to the day. For those wanting to dine out, the surrounding streets are filled with options: Ristorante Masaniello, Osteria Al Ponte La Patatina, Ravioleria Venezia, and Acqua e Mais are all roughly 0.5 km away, while Pasticceria Rizzardini and Al Campanile are nearby for lighter meals and pastries. The central location means trattorias, pizzerias, and wine bars are all within walking distance.

The apartment is a great base for exploring Venice on foot, with quiet streets for relaxed walks and all major landmarks within comfortable walking distance. For water-based excursions, boating options are available nearby, and the San Silvestro vaporetto stop (line 1) is a 10-minute walk, providing easy access to the Grand Canal and islands such as Murano and Burano. The apartment itself focuses on home-style comfort rather than on-site leisure facilities, making it ideal for travellers who prefer exploring the city over staying in.
