The residence occupies a prime beachfront position on Jumeirah Beach, giving direct access to the shoreline and the Dubai Marina promenade. The nearest tram station is a two-minute walk, connecting to the city's metro network. Marina Beach, with its water sports and cafés, is 2 km south, while JBR (The Walk) is within easy walking distance. A supermarket operates in the complex, and more than a half-dozen restaurants - including Cucina Mia and Amaseena - are within 300 metres. The location's combination of beach, marina, and public transport provides excellent convenience for exploring the area on foot.

Each apartment features a separate living room, dining area, and kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooker. The master bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower and bath. One- to four-bedroom layouts are available; 3- and 4-bedroom units include a maid's room with its own bathroom. Balconies - often two - provide space to relax, and floor-to-ceiling windows maximise the views, which take in the sea, lake, or city skyline. Interiors are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with parquet flooring, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee facilities, and a dressing area. Daily cleaning is provided every second day; additional housekeeping can be scheduled for a fee. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

The on-site restaurant offers convenient dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a menu of international dishes. For more variety, the area immediately around the residence includes at least six restaurants within a three-minute walk, covering Italian, Asian, and Latin cuisines. The marina and JBR district add hundreds more options within a 10-15 minute stroll. Those who prefer to cook can use the full kitchen in their apartment, and grocery deliveries can be ordered to the property (additional charge). A minimarket in the complex stocks essentials and snacks.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and can be used throughout the year; it is equipped with a fence, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. The adjoining fitness centre is free for residents and contains modern cardio and weight equipment. Pool hours are 09:00 to 20:00 daily. No spa or additional wellness facilities are available, but the adjacent beach and marina offer ample opportunities for water sports and walking.

WiFi is free in all rooms. Parking is free but requires a prior reservation; accessible parking spots and a parking garage are available. Reception services include a 24-hour security, concierge, private check-in/out, and express check-in/out. Safety features include fire extinguishers, CCTV, smoke alarms, and key card access. Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing are offered at additional cost. The property has a lift and is wheelchair accessible, with facilities for disabled guests. Baby cots, high chairs, and babysitting can be arranged (charges apply). A minimarket and ATM are on site, and car hire can be arranged. Cleaning is provided every second day; extra housekeeping is available for a fee with 48 hours' notice.
