The area is quiet and secure, with a taxi stand at the plaza. The beach is about 20 minutes by car, and the airport shuttle to Cancun costs approximately 1000-1200 MXN one way. The location is convenient for those with a car, but also practical by taxi or local transport.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot water with good pressure. Standard rooms include a work desk, wardrobe, safe, and tiled floors. For extra convenience, the Deluxe Suite adds a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave - ideal for longer stays. Rooms without a balcony are standard; poolside suites provide direct access to the pool area via patio doors.
