The motel comprises four buildings: the oceanfront tower is directly on the boardwalk, while the West building is across Baltimore Avenue, one block from the beach. Ocean City Beach is a few steps away, Ocean City Harbor is a 12-minute walk, and Roland E. Powell Convention Center is 3 km away. Parking is free on-site, but spaces cannot be reserved and can fill quickly during peak times. The area is walkable to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and entertainment venues. The location scores highly for walkability and proximity to the boardwalk.

All rooms feature a private bathroom with bath/shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Standard rooms have two double beds; efficiency rooms include a stovetop and full-size refrigerator. Rooms are carpeted; some have walk-in showers. Oceanfront and oceanview rooms in the Tower building have private balconies facing the boardwalk. Rooms in other buildings have shared balconies that also serve as walkways. There is no in-room coffee maker or USB outlets. Air conditioning is through window units, which can be loud. Some rooms may have musty odors or require updating. Bedding and pillows are often firm or worn; bringing your own pillow may improve comfort.

Sahara Cafe is located within the complex and offers American breakfast and lunch options, including pancakes, burgers, and sandwiches. Hours may vary; lunch service sometimes starts late. Several chain and local restaurants are within 0.3-0.5 km, including Dunkin, Cowboy's Roadhouse, Just Wing It, Phillips Crab House, and Boogs BBQ. Continental breakfast is not included in the room rate. Complimentary coffee is available in the front office during operating hours.

Both pools are fenced and well-maintained. The main pool is located in the Poolside Building, and a second pool is in the Tower building area. Pool availability is seasonal; closures for maintenance can occur without notice. Sun loungers are provided, but there are no poolside umbrellas or tables. The beach is the primary leisure attraction, with direct access from the boardwalk. Fishing opportunities are also available nearby.
