Frontier Town water park is 10 km away. Paid private parking is available on-site; even with the parking fee, the location eliminates the need for a car for most daily activities. The main boardwalk with gift shops and dining is immediately accessible, and the beachfront position provides a continuous ocean view from upper-floor rooms.

Accommodation types include oceanfront suites, partial ocean-view rooms, pool-view Cabana suites, and Promenade suites on the terrace level. All oceanfront units are studio-style with an open floor plan-there are no separate bedrooms closed off from the living area. Bed configurations range from one king (sleeps 2-4) to two queen beds plus a queen sofa bed (sleeps up to 6). Every room has a private balcony, with most oceanfront balconies offering full sea views; first-floor and corner rooms may have limited sightlines due to the restaurant deck. Kitchenettes include a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and single-cup coffee maker but not a stove or oven; Cabana suites are the only rooms with a two-burner cooktop and a full-size fridge. Bathrooms are private in all main-building rooms, featuring a bathtub and shower or a walk-in shower. The Beach House rooms across the street lack in-room bathrooms (hallway shared facilities) and have no elevator, so they are less suitable for families with young children or those with mobility needs. Air conditioning and heating are provided; some units have reported that the AC can be loud and that windows can be opened to hear the ocean. Oceanfront rooms include two flat-screen TVs; other room types have one. Room dimensions vary: oceanfront suites are described as spacious, while some side-building rooms are noted as very compact. The property does not have connecting rooms.

The hotel's restaurant Grotto Pizza offers pizza, a gluten-free menu, and a full bar; it is located poolside with outdoor seating and is popular for casual dining.
