The apartments are spacious and come in several layouts: standard studios for 2 with double bed, superior studios for 2, a two-room apartment with terrace for 2-4 people, and a two-bedroom apartment for up to 5 people with a lift. All units include a private bathroom with shower and bidet, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher in larger units), air conditioning, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and parquet floors. Some units offer a terrace or balcony with garden views. The building is a historic 19th-century palazzo with frescoed ceilings. Note that standard and superior studios are on the first floor without a lift, the terrace apartment is on the second floor without a lift, and the two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor with a lift.

Each apartment has a private kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, fridge, and cooking utensils, allowing self-catering. The neighbourhood offers numerous dining options within a short walk: Piada e Brusca (0.5 km), Delicious Baobing (0.5 km), and L'Oca Giuliva (0.5 km), among others. Many bars, restaurants, and markets stay open late, making it easy to find supplies even after a late arrival.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is of high speed. Air conditioning and heating are provided. A washing machine and drying rack are in the apartment with terrace. Express check-in/out is available, and an invoice is provided. Luggage can usually be dropped off from 12:00. There is no 24-hour reception, but the host can arrange key pickup via a key box and provides video instructions. A lift is available only in the two-bedroom apartment block. Parking is not on-site, but paid garages are within a 2-5 minute walk for €20-25/day.
