The property offers three distinct studio layouts and a larger one-bedroom apartment. All units feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private entrance, coffee machine, flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix), and either garden or lake views. The one-bedroom unit also includes a separate living room and a futon. The spaces are clean, quiet, and well-appointed with all necessary cookware and utensils.

Hilton Restaurants, located on the resort property, offer American and Asian cuisines in a family-friendly, traditional, and modern ambiance with romantic options. Outdoor dining provides scenic views. Additionally, several informal dining spots are within a short walk, including Barefoot's Beachside Bar & Grill, Sandcastles, The Beach House, and a coffee truck. A complimentary breakfast is available, and for groceries or snacks, a minimarket is on site and grocery deliveries can be arranged. The unit's full kitchen or kitchenette also allows for self-catering using fresh local ingredients.

The Luau pool offers a pool with a view, sun loungers, umbrellas, and is heated during Spring Break and Thanksgiving. A large hot tub is always heated. Guests also have access to HOA heated pools, such as the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center, during winter months. The private beach is a 3-minute walk away and includes sun loungers and beach umbrellas. On-site leisure includes a fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, games room, children's playground, and a kids' club. For additional charges, activities like golf, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and water sports are available. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the pool area is consistently clean and well-maintained.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Parking is free, private, on site, and does not require a reservation; accessible parking and a parking garage are also present. The building has a lift and is wheelchair accessible. Luggage storage is free and lockers are provided. Express check-in/out and private check-in are available.
