SANTA MARIA ACCOMMODATION, Rome

Santa Maria Accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and a 16-minute walk to the Colosseum. Trevi Fountain lies 2 km away, and Porta Maggiore is 1 km. Roma Termini, Rome's central railway station, is about 5-10 minutes on foot, while a metro stop is 3 minutes away. This central position allows most sights to be reached on foot, and the immediate streets are filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops within 300 metres. Ciampino Airport is 13 km from the property; for Fiumicino, the Leonardo Express from Termini provides direct rail connections. The area is lively and well connected, though traffic noise can be noticeable at night.

All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Each includes a work desk, tea and coffee maker, and city views. Family rooms accommodate up to five people, with configurations such as one king and two singles, or two singles and a futon. Soundproofing is present, but street noise can still be audible, especially for front-facing rooms. Rooms are compact, practical for short stays, and lack a balcony and refrigerator. Housekeeping is provided daily, and complimentary toiletries are replenished. Streaming services are available on the flat-screen TV. A lift gives access to upper floors, and the shared kitchen is a useful addition for snacks or simple meals.
