Each apartment includes a separate bedroom or two bedrooms (with twin beds that can be dressed as double), a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with free toiletries, hairdryer, and fluffy towels. The kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware - no oven, so plan meals accordingly. Air conditioning is individually controlled from the living room. Rooms are soundproofed, and ground-floor apartments have direct access to the pool and sunbeds. No rooms have a balcony, but some have a terrace or private space. The apartments are described as modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds.

The pool bar has a snack menu, coffee machine, vending machines, and a cocktail service. It is not open for breakfast or evening meals. The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing own meals. Nearby dining options within 300-500m include Billy's Bar, Llaollao Biosfera, and several restaurants such as Blair's, O Churrasco, El PoLaco, and Los Claveles Pizzeria-Cafeteria. The Biosphere shopping centre (6-7 minute walk) offers additional dining and supermarket choices.

The main pool is heated throughout the year (27°C in winter) and features a shallow end and swimming toys. The pool bar serves drinks and cocktails, and there are plenty of sunbeds. A separate children's pool is also available. Massages (back, foot, full body, hand, head, neck) can be booked for an additional charge. Activities on site include billiards, and off-site cycling, hiking, diving, fishing, windsurfing, horse riding, tennis, golf (within 3km), squash, and a water park. Bicycle and car rental are available.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Reception provides a tour desk, concierge service, and luggage storage. Free safety deposit boxes are available in the apartments. Laundry and fax/photocopying are available for an extra charge. Irons are available on request at reception. The property is child-friendly: cots are free on request, and the children's pool is separate. Security includes 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
