Situated directly off Khao San Road, the hotel sits down a small, easily missed alley. Khao San Road itself is about 0.5 km away, with Tom Yum Kung, my Darling, and Lucky Beer all within a 5-minute walk. The Grand Palace and Wat Pho are within a 15-20 minute walk. A bus stop for airport and city routes is nearby. The area is very noisy every night, with loud music from bars and clubs until around 2-3 am. Getting to the modern parts of the city can be more difficult, as there is no nearby metro station. The alley location can make the hotel hard to find, especially for first-time visitors.

Rooms are consistently described as very small and basic. Each room includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a shower. Bed setups are either a double or twin, with one larger double bed often noted as narrow. Daily complimentary water is provided. The condition of the rooms varies significantly. Poor maintenance is common: air conditioning units may leak, walls are thin and allow sound transfer, and bathrooms are frequently small, with some showers positioned directly over the toilet. Cleanliness is a major issue, with reports of dusty rooms, stained linens, mold in bathrooms, and occasional pest sightings. Some rooms have no window or poor light blocking, and the lock on the door may feel weak. For the budget price, the accommodation is best suited for travellers who value location over comfort and plan to spend minimal time in the room.
