The Chao Phraya river pier is a few minutes away, offering a 10-baht ferry to Wat Arun. The area is lively with restaurants, cafes, and a 7-Eleven within a few minutes' walk. The MRT station is approximately 800 metres away, providing easy access across the city. The neighbourhood becomes quiet in the evening, with most nearby dining closing around 18:00, so later meals may require a short walk further afield.

Available room types include double rooms (one double bed), twin rooms (two single beds), family rooms (one double bed and one futon for four people), and dormitory beds (8-bed mixed dorm). All rooms feature air conditioning, a seating area, flat-screen TV, and shared bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Dormitory beds include privacy curtains and lockers. Bunk beds are available, but the top bunk is positioned close to the air conditioning unit, which may feel cold for the upper occupant while the lower person may not get enough airflow. Rooms are small but considered adequate for resting after a day of sightseeing. The area is quiet at night, supporting restful sleep. The hostel is overall modern, clean, and well-maintained, with strong air conditioning.

The hostel does not have its own restaurant. A coffee house on the ground floor provides coffee, pastries, and cookies, noted as a quality spot in the area. There is no kitchen available for guest use, but there is a seating area and a fridge for storing prepared food. The immediate neighbourhood has many affordable restaurants and cafes within a short walk, including a Michelin-recognised eatery nearby. Most local restaurants close around 18:00, so for a late dinner, plan to walk a few blocks further or use the nearby 7-Eleven. A filtered water dispenser is available free of charge.

The hostel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The standout leisure feature is the rooftop terrace, which provides sweeping views of Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the Grand Palace, and the Bangkok skyline. It is a popular spot for watching sunset and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A public bath is available and included at no extra cost. Paid massage services can be arranged on request.
