The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area near the Prague Congress Centre and Vyšehrad Castle, approximately 15 minutes from the castle. Vyšehrad metro station (line C) is 3 to 8 minutes on foot, connecting directly to the city centre, the National Museum (4 km) and Charles Bridge (5 km). Tram stops are also within a 5-minute walk, and the nearest supermarket (Penny) is about 5 minutes away. Václav Havel Airport is 16 km away, reachable by metro and bus. The area offers several restaurants, cafés and a minimarket on site, making it practical for self-catering stays.

The two apartment configurations both feature a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The first sleeps 5 on 5 beds; the second sleeps 2 on 5 beds. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, a tea and coffee maker, and often a welcome chocolate. Each unit has a washing machine, a dining area, a work desk, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, ironing facilities and heating. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable, but units in the basement have no natural ventilation, poor air quality, and are prone to mould and dampness. Rooms under the main entrance suffer noise from the metal grating. For light sleepers or those with respiratory conditions, a non-basement room is strongly recommended.
