SERRANO PARK, Valencia

Serrano Park sits at the edge of the old town, across the street from Turia Gardens and a 3-minute walk from the Torres de Serranos and Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados. The cathedral and central market are a short walk, while L'Oceanografic is 4 km away, Puerto de Valencia 4 km, and the beach is reachable via tram (stop a few hundred metres away). Valencia Airport is 10 km away. The area is packed with cafés and restaurants - over a dozen within a 2-minute radius. However, the main road outside has constant heavy traffic, creating significant noise even with double-glazing. The lift is small and cannot fit a pushchair, which matters for families.

The apartment comprises a living room, one separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath or shower. The kitchenette is tucked behind sliding doors and is limited - it lacks basic cooking utensils and enough cutlery/crockery for two. The bedroom has a double bed that may feel narrow for two guests; the mattress and pillows are basic, and the window to the small balcony does not close tightly, letting in street noise. The main room faces the road and is exposed to persistent traffic sound throughout the night. A flat-screen TV, wardrobe, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and tea/coffee maker are provided. Air conditioning and heating work, but the unit is small - best for short stays.

There is no pool, gym, spa, or common leisure area on the property. Turia Gardens across the street offers extensive green space for jogging, walking, and relaxing. The city's main leisure attractions - L'Oceanografic, Bioparc Valencia, and the beach - are easily reachable by tram or bus from a nearby stop.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas and the apartment; some units have reported good connectivity. Air conditioning and heating are available. The lift provides access but is small. No private parking is available - park across the Turia bridge in the free area, as the zone is restricted. The front desk is not open 24/7, but host communication via WhatsApp is responsive. Luggage storage is offered at the property's office for 5 EUR, with limited hours. Key access and invoice provision are included. Accepted cards: American Express, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking.
