The guest house sits on a tranquil street in the heart of Seville, a short walk from Triana Bridge (9 minutes), Plaza de Armas (1 km), and the main monuments. The Cathedral and La Giralda are just 400 metres away, while the Royal Alcázar is a 9-minute stroll. The neighbourhood is safe, with supermarkets, tapas bars, and a laundromat nearby. The airport bus EA stops at Cristóbal Colón, about 5 minutes away, making airport transfers simple without a taxi. The area is car-free friendly, ideal for exploring on foot.

Accommodation

Modern, soundproofed double rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and tea/coffee maker.

Rooms are newly renovated, clean, and well-equipped. Each room includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, free toiletries, electric kettle, and chocolates or cookies. Some rooms feature a private terrace or patio with sun loungers, table, and chairs, offering a quiet outdoor space with a glimpse of the cathedral. The bathrooms are spacious with a large shower, and soundproofing ensures a restful night even in the city centre. Rooms on the inner courtyard are particularly quiet, but the street-facing rooms also benefit from the peaceful street.

Dining

Breakfast is not offered, but the room includes a tea/coffee maker and fridge. Numerous tapas bars and restaurants are within a 1-minute walk.

The property does not serve breakfast or have an on-site restaurant, but the room's tea/coffee maker, fridge, and complimentary chocolates allow for basic self-catering. The surrounding streets are packed with tapas bars, including El Colmaito de Cai, Arco Tapas, La Jolla by 1906, and Petit Comite, all within 0.5 km. A supermarket is also a short walk away for groceries or snacks. For a wider selection, the host provides personalised recommendations for local dining and flamenco shows.

Wellness and Leisure

No wellness facilities on site, but the private terraces offer sun loungers and a quiet space for relaxation.

There is no pool, spa, or gym on the property. Select rooms include a private terrace with sun loungers and seating, ideal for relaxing between sightseeing or enjoying a siesta in the sun. The terrace rooms provide partial views of the cathedral and a calm outdoor retreat. For other leisure, the city's attractions, parks (Maria Luisa Park 2 km), and the riverfront are within walking distance.
