Restaurants such as Bacon Bitch, Primo Bakery, News Cafe, and Pelican Cafe are within a three-minute walk, along with a 7-Eleven. The lively area is well patrolled, but rooms on the street side can pick up noise from bars and nightlife, so a room on a higher floor or away from Ocean Drive is quieter.

Suites range from a queen bed for one or two guests up to two queen beds for four people. Each includes a full kitchen with oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, plus utensils and cookware. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, safe, ironing facilities, and individually controlled central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Operable windows let in fresh air. All units have parquet floors and soundproofing. While rooms are large and offer plenty of storage, the property is older: some fixtures show wear, and mattresses may feel firm. Road-facing suites can be affected by street noise. A few units have been noted with cleanliness issues upon arrival, so it's worth inspecting the room and notifying management if any concerns arise.
