The hotel's location is its strongest asset, placing guests close to LRT Kerinchi station on the Kelana Jaya line. From there, Mid Valley Megamall is just one stop away, and the city center is a short ride. Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC are about 7 km away, while Kuala Lumpur International Airport is approximately 41 km by car. A cluster of restaurants-including Seoul Bulgogi, Oriental Chinese Cuisine, and Garlic Restaurant & Bar-is within a 1 km walk. Public parking is available directly in front of the building at a flat RM8 per entry for those driving.

Room types include Double, Twin, Triple, and a Suite with a balcony and spa bath. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. All rooms provide an electric kettle, a wardrobe, and satellite channels. While some rooms are reported to be spacious, others have been described as compact. Practical details include a potential lack of soundproofing (rooms can be affected by street noise and slamming doors), and some units may have maintenance issues (broken TVs, non-cold air conditioning). The property has rooms with a balcony available depending on dates. A lift serves the building, and an emergency cord is available in the bathroom.

Dining

There is no on-site restaurant. A wide variety of dining options are available within a 1 km walk from the hotel.

The property does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. However, the surrounding Bangsar South area provides a rich selection of nearby eateries. The LRT station also allows quick access to Mid Valley Megamall for a full range of dining in its food court and restaurants.

Wellness and Leisure

The hotel does not offer a spa, pool, or gym. Live sport events are broadcast for free.

On-site wellness and leisure facilities are limited to the shared lounge/TV area where live sport events are broadcast for free. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre on the property.
